Evaluation of the effectiveness of the T-Dream® mandibular advancement orthosis

The study evaluates the efficacy of the T-Dream® mandibular advancement orthosis as a function of propulsion titration in patients with OSAHS. It concludes that the orthosis is effective in reducing the symptoms of OSAHS, with improved patient tolerance.
